Project Description

Cesar Meza-Esveile was born in Chile and emigrated to Europe at the age of 21. He studied Liberal Arts in Salamanca, Spain and Philosophy in Rome, Italy. He lived in Mexico for about 7 years and in 2003 he immigrated to the United States. In February 2006 he began working at the Multicultural Institute and has since dedicated himself to serving the day laborers and domestic workers of North Fair Oaks. He was instrumental in the expansion of services and programs to San Mateo County and has spearheaded that site for over 15 years. Cesar loves travel, art, music, reading and sports.
